It is easy to over or underestimate how much food you are actually eating – many people do. You will learn fast how you are doing when tracking foods. Therefore, it is important that you measure your food to know exactly how much you are eating. Not measuring your food leads to over or under-eating what is programmed for you to achieve your fitness goals.

Upload your measurements and progress pictures in the Fit2Lead app on a weekly basis. Posting your body statistics helps your coach make the best decisions regarding your macronutrient targets.
