Dr. Temika Edwards knows first-hand the challenges of navigating the professional landscape and has spent the last 10 years of her career examining the gaps in the education system that hinder and stall career growth in young professionals. As a business professional and a professional fitness competitor, she also recognized in her own life, that the healthier her mind and body were, the more clarity and success she had in her career.
Driven by her passion to support and inspire aspiring leaders, she built Fit2Lead, a holistic career growth company that uses wisdom and insight to develop individualized improvement strategies for young professionals of all backgrounds. She is committed to educating and supporting her clients in their fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and career growth journeys.
